Tower of Babble? Predicting (in)action by the UN Security Council
Tower of Babble? was my final project for General Assembly (DC)'s Data Science class. Using natural language processing and machine learning, I examined ~1,200 UN Security Council meeting records and corresponding resolutions, demonstrating, among other things, how UNspeak reflects collective restraint in times of crisis.
